The short version: this is a static website with no accounts and nothing to sign into. We count visits with Google Analytics, the interactive tools run entirely in your browser, and we never sell data. Written October 29, 2026; if this page and our behavior ever disagree, tell us and we will fix whichever is wrong.
Visit statistics. Pages carry Google Analytics (GA4), which records page views and general usage — pages visited, approximate location from IP address, device and browser type — using cookies, the way most websites measure traffic. That is how we know whether anyone reads what we publish. We look at totals and patterns, not at identified individuals.
Hosting logs. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages; Cloudflare keeps standard server logs (IP addresses, requests, timestamps) to run and protect the service, under its own policies.
Email you send us. If you write to [email protected] — a correction, a question, a "seen it fail" report — we read it, we may act on it, and a correction that results may be noted in the site's public change feed by topic. We do not publish your name or email address, and we do not add you to any mailing list for writing to us.
The tool directory's filters and shortlist, the shortlist CSV/JSON exports, and the AI Model Cost Estimator all run as code in your browser. The numbers you type into the estimator and the tools you shortlist are not uploaded to us or stored by us; exports are files downloaded to your own device.
No user accounts, so no profiles to keep or leak. No selling or renting of visitor data. No advertising networks beyond the analytics above (the one commercial relationship on the site — the Muse invite code — is disclosed on the listing itself, and using it is a transaction between you and Meta). No contact forms harvesting details we do not need.
