Our defect rule: if a step in your Blueprint is broken because a vendor changed a screen or a price after our check date, tell us and we correct the step free. That is a defect, not a new order.
And if we cannot help: if your seven answers describe a task we cannot build a workable, honest plan for, we say so — and refund you in full — rather than selling you a plan we do not believe in.
How custom is "custom"? The stack, steps, prompts, and guardrails are written from your intake answers — your tools, your budget, your approval rules. Two churches ordering the sermon Blueprint get different documents if their answers differ.
Which tools will it use? The ones that fit, from our 21-tool verified catalog — including free tiers. We have no paid placements and sell no rankings; where we hold a referral (Muse), it is disclosed on the page and in the document.
What do I need for the Muse edition? A Muse account (free to start) and the accounts your task already uses — for example, your church's YouTube channel. Your Muse is yours alone; we never see it or your data.
How do I order? Orders run through Gumroad, which also handles sales tax and VAT wherever they apply. The Social Media editions are instant downloads — the PDF is yours the moment you check out.
